Marbles Inn Bed & Breakfast, IJburg, Amsterdam
Marbles Inn Bed & Breakfast is built in the old Amsterdam tradition of the canal houses. It has four levels, high ceilings, and is located next to a canal. The rooms have plenty of daylight due to the large windows, and a spacious private bathroom.
Marbles Inn is located in the newest district of Amsterdam, called IJburg. IJburg is a collection of artificial islands, reclaimed from the former South Sea (Zuiderzee), nowadays the IJsselmeer. IJburg, is an up and coming district in Amsterdam. And you’re in city center, within 15 mintutes.
You can get there by tram 26, which runs frequently within 15 minutes to Central Station. At night, the nightbus 759 takes the service over. Bus 66 runs frequently to the South East district within 20 minutes, where large venues like the Amsterdam ArenA and the Ziggo Dome are located.
The B&B is owned and run by André van Leeuwen. André not only runs the place, but knows Amsterdam like the back of his hand, which is excellent if you want to plan your stay.
